I have not been able to play Apex once since the start of the new season!

If I press “Continue” on the start screen and wait a little, I can enter the lobby, but after waiting a few seconds, I get an error screen saying that  connection to server timed out (code: net).

The lobby screen also looks strange. I cannot select anything except “Play” and “Events” at the top of the screen, and after a few seconds the error appears as I mentioned earlier.

I have tried restarting my router, reinstalling the game itself, setting up DNS, etc., but the symptoms have not gone away and I have not been able to play any Apex Legends since the new season.

Perhaps it is a compatibility issue between my home line and the Apex Legends servers, but I don't know how to deal with it.

  • I have the same issues from NA-EAST, Servers are fine for my Xbox but not on PC I dont understand this game should be working. But I just freeze load in game freeze more. Then code net. Or some internet related mobo jumbo. That basically dont tell ya nothing other then get lost pal we dont want you to play.

    I have the exact same problem; I was beginning to think I was going crazy. I have tried everything that I could, even reset my pc completely. It must be an EA problem...

    Nope, I was able to load into an actual lobby 1 time out of close to 100 while testing different fixes. I still had 200ms despite fast internet, and got the code: net after trying to launch firing range. Doesn't seem like EA knows either given the lack of any response.
