i have not joined a club but banner has a club logo next to my name

Can someone help me remove this club logo next to my name?

i only play on pc and have not unlinked any accounts

Thanks, I appreciate the additional details. If you're not currently in a Club, what happens if you try creating a new one and leaving it? Does that clear the Club tag from your name?

    @EA_Kent it clears the tag and shows the one I created and joined but after I leave that one it starts showing again.
