Community AdminI can see you at level 41 before the transition to the new system, but I do see level 45 after. Did you receive any packs at all, even 2 packs after a restart? Could someone have played on your account?
From the logs it looks like you got packs at level 47 and 49, so you were getting them at odd levels, not even ones. Can you check after you get the next 2 levels, I want to check if there's an issue with our logging?

It can't be from level 41 to 45, i don't remember so well, sorry.
No, I didn't get any pack after the update and I would say I didn't get any pack also to level 47 and 49.
The first pack I received was in level 50 and later in level 52, it's like now works fine.
Now, I'm in level 53, I can tell you if I get pack when I level up to 54, but I would say I will get I guess.
