I lost all my Items and Progress

I have 117 hrs on Apex, according to my Steam account, but when I logged on today after a while, all my progress is lost. All of my legendary skins are gone, everything. 

Can I please get assistance getting my account progress back?

PS: I basically had the same problem as someone else so i just copied his texted and changed the information.

    Hey @Shaqra,

    Have you ever unlinked your Steam account from its EA account? 

    This would be the main reason we'll see progress go missing. In those cases you would need to try re-linking the original Steam and EA accounts to see if the progress can be restored, as it's not something we can manually change I'm afraid.

    If there was an unlink and you run into any issues getting the originals re-linked, please contact support so they can take a look.

    @EA_Mako I think its because of the bug in april or something because its since a very long time that my account got resettet and I also tried to reach out to the ea support but i got no responds, please help me ☹️

    Hi @Shaqra,

    Any time you unlink an account, there is a chance the progress is permanently lost.

    If you've already re-linked the same account and the progress hasn't returned, unfortunately there wouldn't be any other way to recover that.

    @EA_Mako so my steam account is the right one but i just have to find the right EA account to link?

    I'm not sure if this is the same account. We wouldn't be able to review or discuss any account details here on the forums, sorry.

    If you're unsure whether you're using the same account you used in the past, it would be best to contact support so they can take a look with you and make sure this was the original account.
