I wasn't hateful conduct at all!
I played a game with an Australian friend with a chinese ID, and a Japanese player made hateful conduct to her. When I explained "shes aussie；she is not chinese", you banned my account. This is unreasonable.If necessary, I can provide the address of XX's friend in Australia, and let her account explain that I am not hate speech.On the other hand, I don't think aussie is an insulting word in Australia.
The EA staff who work here on AHQ cannot help directly with account-related issues, such as bans.
