Infinite black screen loading into menu

I played a ranked game and got frozen/booted before I even got to the character selection… had to quit the app from there and now I can’t even get back into the game at all. At the main menu after I press A I get a 5 minute black screen that is followed by a code:net. WiFi is fine, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, hard reset, cache clear, and even used an alternate acct to see if it was anything user related. This has been happening since last week and I can’t play a singular game. Every other game with MP works as normal so again this is most definitely not my wifi or hardware. What is the issue?
