infinite loading screen

Hi, my apex is stuck in loading screen. i cant get in. ive tried every single thing to make it work like. new account. new windows admin account reinstall game. repair game. start as admin. ko...

    Go to network adapter and change dns
    Preferred : 8.8.8.8
    Alternate: 8.8.4.4

    -netsh winsock reset
    -netsh int ip reset

    If that doesnt work you need to look in the software
