Digue_MoonB This error indicates that the game had detected a program that cannot be running while Apex is, (such as reWASD, DS4Windows, and other similar programs).
If you had stopped all other programs from running on the PC, (and haven't installed any programs, (such as the ones mentioned above)), you may have to reinstall Windows, (which had worked for another player, as mentioned here).
