Invalid on Xbox ....Not on PC

had to do the old password reset , pc is back and running but cannot play on xbox , I've uninstalled and re installed.... nothing seems to work

@RReveler Are you getting an invalid account message when launching the Xbox client, or what happens when trying to access the game?

    @EA_Illium Yes sir the Xbox client is still saying that I am invalid after a password reset and a reinstall of the game to the console. But the PC client is up and running my PC just isn't the greatest to run the game.

      Thank you for confirming, want to first make sure there or no bans or restrictions you are aware of with the Xbox account? If not I would recommend reaching out to an EA Advisor in order for them to further look into your EA Account.
