I play on PC and Xbox. I did recently link the accounts but its strange as I only received apex coins. Im missing my content from my Xbox account
Community ManagerIf you had just linked your Xbox to this account from a different EA account, you won't have anything merged from it. We cannot merge content between different EA accounts, I'm afraid.
The content from your Xbox account would still be available on the EA account where it was first earned.
How come I was able to receive apex coins?
@EA_Mako I just added my steam to the EA account linked to my Xbox account and it didn't give me any of the Xbox progression, as well as It completely started me fresh. Now I cannot unlink the account for a year? so umm idk I guess I'll just log out
hey I am having a problem where they merged but none of my items merged with it like my 2 heirlooms on xbox i can play on the account on both pc and xbox but none of my items have merged will this be fixed or what?
Will there ever be a feature where you can merge content two EA accounts together.
So if I moved all my accounts over prior the cross progression notification in game like 1.5 months ago, does that mean I still won't get the cross progression once I get the notification on my pc? I didn't even know I had multiple EA accounts. I really hope that I got it it time for everything to merge
I had the cross progression notification today and something happened and it just went away before It was done it just brought me back to the main menu screen and now I'm worried I won't get the prompt again
How about people unable the join ranked games on PC? I surely can’t be the only one in a perpetual “matchmaking” state?
