Legend Tokens Vanished and Got No Skin

So i went to purchase the flashpoint wraith skin from the item store yesterday it took my legend tokens and didnt give me the skin i waited almost 32 hours now....i reached out to EA support AGAIN today and they didnt do anything at all...yesterday i also reached out and waited #1 in line on the live chat support for 4 hours and was never helped
