Lobby washed out and instant freeze

Hi all I've downloaded the season 28 split 2, or should I say the whole apex game 3 time's and same issue, I load the game, it gets into the lobby and the lobby is washed out colors and freezes, instant crash on my Xbox one S. Is anyone else on Xbox having the same issue?
