Locked out of playing Apex forever

Hi everyone, so it's been almost two years since I've played Apex.

New PS5 came today so I decided to try and start this game up again.

Upon starting up the game I get "Your login credentials have expired - but all you need to do is reset your password"

I proceeded to scan the QR Code and reset my password, only to discover that my PSN isn't linked to my EA Account.

Spoke to EA chat and all they could say was:
"I would like to inform you that we can't make any changes to the account on our end once the account is deleted and you will need to restore the account on your end, Please try to use any emails you might have used to create the account."

The problem is... 

I CAN'T REMEMBER what email I used. So I said to the chat operator:
"so basically I'm locked out of playing apex legends forever... Thanks."

to which he replied:

"I am afraid so as you won't be able to access the game until the account is restored."

What am I meant to do here?! I'm unable to play Apex on my brand new PS5 and the EA Support Team have been absolutely useless in helping with this.

    I'm sorry, but account issues like this aren't something we could help with here on Answers HQ. 

    I can only recommend following up with the EA Help team to see if there's any other information they can use to help recover the account.
