I am curious about something. Do you play Apex Legends on any other platforms with this same EA Account? Have you previously unlinked any platform accounts from this EA Account?

I tried this approach. Linked, unlinked (waited the ridiculously long waiting period to link again). Did this process several times over the last 6 months between my PC and Xbox. Can you give me a detailed step by step on what you recommend I try doing? Not only did respawn delete every skin I’ve owned back in the summer (their conclusion was to just give me 4K apex coins and 200 free packs which didn’t even make a dent in what I had PURCHASED). But that’s a totally different topic. Thanks for your help

I just checked it again on my PC and it’s still linked to my Xbox account and won’t let me unlink until 4/1/2022 which is ridiculous in my opinion

Gotcha, thanks for the info!So this had started happening before you tried unlinking the accounts. In some cases the game logic errors like this can actually point to a connectivity issue.
Do you mind if we try a few things to see if we can help stop it from happening? I'd recommend starting out with the basic and advanced connectivity steps from the EA Help website first to see how that goes.

- 4 years ago@EA_Kent There isn’t a connectivity issue. I’m still able to join friends and play games with no issues. The only issue is that when I “reroll” a challenge, the cost says it’s 0 and when I click confirm it boots me to an Apex error page (mentioned above). I looked at those solutions mentioned in those links and none of them seem applicable to my situation. Thanks again for your help

I’m still waiting to hear back from you on other solutions on this matter. I have tried all the above mentioned solutions and none of them seem to have fixed my problem. Now with the new season that just dropped, the error code changed from #1375 and now reads #1403. Everything else is the same in regards to the error messaging. Thanks again for your help

Hey did you ever get a fix for this? I've been dealing with it for 2 months now and EA is absolutely useless to help. They keep replying to me with bots telling me totally useless information. Just wondering if you ever figured out a fix for this?

Try unlinking your account from the EA website. I had to do it a few times but it eventually worked. It just sucks because you have to go through that 2-3 month waiting period. Let me know if that works and I’ll apply to be a EA rep 🙃
