I just checked it again on my PC and it’s still linked to my Xbox account and won’t let me unlink until 4/1/2022 which is ridiculous in my opinion
Gotcha, thanks for the info!
So this had started happening before you tried unlinking the accounts. In some cases the game logic errors like this can actually point to a connectivity issue.
Do you mind if we try a few things to see if we can help stop it from happening? I'd recommend starting out with the basic and advanced connectivity steps from the EA Help website first to see how that goes.
If you're still running into the same error message after that please let me know. Thanks again.
- 4 years ago@EA_Kent There isn’t a connectivity issue. I’m still able to join friends and play games with no issues. The only issue is that when I “reroll” a challenge, the cost says it’s 0 and when I click confirm it boots me to an Apex error page (mentioned above). I looked at those solutions mentioned in those links and none of them seem applicable to my situation. Thanks again for your help
- 4 years ago@EA_Kent Also, if I play on my alternate account, I’m able to reroll challenges with no problem. This seems to be an account specific situation (which so happens to be my main account.)

I’m getting the exact same issue after unlinking and linking accounts, haven’t got anywhere with support they think I’m more worried about the lost cosmetics but it’s just this re-roll situation that’s bothering me ☹️
- 4 years ago@Dann459 Yeah man, this has been an issue for like 6-8 months for me. No solution at the moment. It seems to be a rare error code because when I search for it on Google, very few results come up. On my Smurf account, everything works fine so it’s definitely a profile issue. They DID delete all my cosmetics at some point and I’m a day 1 player. They didn’t really care though when I opened that particular ticket. Good luck!

It’s been nearly 3 months. The days grow shorter and the nights are longer. I question my existence in EA’s world quite often at this point. Is there an actual community manager? Is Apex a real life scenario or just a game? Who is this Kent and does he even work for EA anymore? Questions I’ll never find an answer to….the search for the logic error solution continues…all hope is lost (along with my cosmetics and ability to reroll challenges)
