Loosing RP points in the ranked games vs game crashes

Hi,

I understand that ranked mode needs to punish those who leave the game and I am perfectly fine with that. However many of us who have RTX cards encounter different and quite often DXGI errors leading to the game crash. I have 'device removed', 'device hung', 'invalid call' from time to time. Unfortunatelly one day I had at least 5 of them during the ranked games. Now crash during the ranked game means lose of 2x RP points and account lock for some time. I feel this is somehow unfair. I know that this solution punishes also alt+F4 cheaters, but maybe you are able to detect that there was a game crash and at least do not double RP points punishment and avoid a time queue until crash root cause is fixed?
