Loot box bug after match (Unplayable Bug)

After I finished a match I earned enough stars to get a battlepass loot box. After continuing through the post-match xp and battlepass pages that pop up, the slide that says I got a loot box. When I pressed continue (space) the animation for the reward restarted so I pressed continue again. The same thing happened. I clicked on the continue button with my mouse and the same thing occurred. I then pressed esc, same thing again. I waited a bit, and tried again but it still wouldn't go to the menu and continued to restart the animation every time i tried to get out of it. I restarted the game, but when it opened, it opened on the loot box reward screen again, and it wouldn't let me go to the menu. I then tried repairing the files. Didn't work. Then I uninstalled and reinstalled. Didn't work. Can I get some help?
