ive had apex since 2021 when i bought the champion edition on steam but hadnt played in a while and when i recently downloaded the game im back to level 1 with no stats. i have access to my steam and EA account and have never lost access for a period of time
how could this have happened?
the attachment shows i have champion edition installed but level 1 with nothing in the background
Furneeee If I remember correctly, back in October of 2023, if your account was inactive, it was excluded from the Cross Progression merge, (and this exclusion had also applied to accounts that were currently banned or had been banned before in the past).
If you had unlinked a platform account at any point, that may also be the issue as your Apex progress and data is stored on your EA Account.
So if my account was excluded from the cross progression merge does this mean i cant get my account back?
Furneeee Sadly, (from what I know of), if your account was excluded due to inactivity or from a ban prior to Cross-Progression hitting the account, then it can't be restored.
