When you unlink a platform account from your EA Account, you can link it to another EA Account, but your in-game progress will not transfer over. If you can link it back, then there's a chance that your items will still be there. If you don't have access to the email address on the account through, I recommend that you contact our live support team to see if they can help you change the email address to one that you do have access to.
