Lost All Progress

After about 3 years of not playing Apex I decided to get back on for a change of pace from my normal que of games. Went to log in on my PC now that cross progression was implemented since I started playing originally on PS4. Found out my entire progress was wiped. Contacted a support agent who told me my account has never been played on Playstation..yet I can see plain as day I still have achievements unlocked on Playstation's side. I had every single character aside from the most recent 3 that were released in the time i hadn't played, gold skins I paid for, 100s of hours and dollars completely wiped from existence and support did nothing but tell me what I already knew. My Playstation account has always been linked to the same EA account, the only thing I did was when I heard they were rolling out cross progress was link my steam because I knew if I was to play again, I'd want to play on there instead. If the info was out there at the time when they started rolling things out I wouldn't have even bothered. Figured the account would default to the highest progress when it came around. It's unbelievable.

    Hey MajMilky,

Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.

It looks like this EA account was not even created at the time Cross Progression started rolling out to accounts. Additionally, the first time this EA account ever launched Apex on a PlayStation platform was just recently - definitely not ~3 years ago.

Since you're seeing achievements on your PlayStation account, that must have been linked to another EA account when you played previously. Are there any other emails or accounts that may have been used in the past? If you no longer have access or can't recall any older accounts, it would be best to reach back out to support to try and track down any other EA accounts that may have been in use.

The only way to try recovering access to any missing progress would be to re-link the PSN to that original EA account.
