Getting errors in games and penalties for getting kicked

Every once and awhile i'll join a ranked game and it kicks me out and gives an error and then doesnt let me join back so i get a penalty for "leaving" even though i got kicked and this has happened several times. I also have a video of it happening

    Yeah this is happening to me too. Multiple times per gaming session too sometimes. Attempting to log back in to get back in the match seems to fail too, after a couple attempts I get a code:over even though I often get kicked out in the beginning of the match.
