still missing heirloom from over 2 years ago

so i started a live chat, made many thread posts, made a twitter post, and still dont have my heirloom back. i got it the day of the rollback from a twitch prime pack a few years ago, got told that they saw me purchase the loba heirloom skin and that i would get it back, and then it never got replaced so i quit. i am now coming back and i want my heirloom back so i am reaching out to see if i can get it back.
