Lost cosmetics on apex

I recently redownloaded apex on my Xbox because I was trying to play with some of my friends but when I got on all my stuff was gone and I got 9,500 apex coins. I haven’t messed with the account for a while so idk why this happened, whenever I sign in to ea desktop on my pc I use my Xbox account to login so it may have unlinked it from my apex account but other than that idk what has happened, if anyone can help me that would be amazing and if you need more info I will provide as much as I can.
