Lost EVERYTHING
Hello, I was hoping someone could help me. I recently logged into Apex and noticed I lost literally everything (heirlooms, badges, stats, skins, ect.) This did happen when I linked my EA account. Does anyone have any resolutions?

Hello everyone. I would like to seek help or anyone who has the same problem as me, please give me some of your experience if you have it so I can find a way to solve my problem. Recently, due to some factors that are identical to my email, I changed my old email to a new email on EA website and when I logged back into the game, I lost all my equipment and level as well as all my information from the previous season. I have full evidence and information about my email as well as my account and transactions in the game to prove that there is no buying or cheating of another people's accounts. Thank you for everyone's help.
I'm coming back to the game after about a year. I load up my game on my xbox to find everything gone. I also load it up on my pc just to find everything else also gone. I'm confused on what happened as i'm pretty sure I didn't unlink or sign out of my account. Anything I can do about this to gain everything back?
