I have opened multiple tickets with EA to try and inquire about this issue, I lost over a year and a half of data myself. I haven't played on the old xbox they reverted me to in ages but they keep marking my tickets as "resolved" without any correspondence or contacting me. It is really disheartening and honestly has me ready to stop playing after losing my masters badge, 5 winstreak, damage badges, etc. Seeing them all go without my consent because I used to play on another system is downright depressing.

Right I keep sending support tickets but they say waiting on player response and they haven't send me anything to respond to or asked for more info just automatically resolved and I get screwed
