Lost Progression

Guys i had a decent about of progression in Apex and then kind of lost interest and i decided to come back but none of my progression is there. I had a majority of skins for the characters available at the time. I spent good money on getting and achieving the heirlooms of that time. When i redownloaded the game it was as if i have never played before; everything is gone. Is there anyway to get it back my game card says i have played 47 days worth of time on this game. I would hate to see that money and progress gone. Any help on getting it back? I have 322MB of reserved space from this progress what i can't figure out is how to get my game or xbox to access this. I appreciate any help you can provide.
