K, I'm playing Apex Ranked and ten seconds into the game it crashes. I relaunch and it crashes again. So I verify game files on Steam to try fixing the crashing and that ends up taking over half an hour, so by the time it's finished the match is obviously over. So I assumed I'd get a pardon because my game CRASHED, which has absolutely nothing to do with me, but no, in fact, I get TWICE the RP deduction from joining a match. I literally had 2 RP until the next rank before entering my match and now I have 50, and I'm in Gold. First the game keeps crashing and then I get deducted twice the amount I should get for actually playing a match and dying without gaining any RP. How is this fair?
Happened 3 games in a row now it's a joke, EA sort out the system or give us back the RP, for the few hours I can get in each week anyway to slowly grind towards master, and then be set back each season, this is not helping at all, unless I live on the game for hours on end just to claw back what you've taken off me I just keep going backwards?!

I wanna return this points on my account and wanna have a special priority for 4 matches with no penalty if i left.
Summary i lost 40minutes and 288 rp. I kno you dont do it but try.
I hope you fix servers before 25 september and you kno why i hope it.
