Micro stuttering/laggs or fps drop while streaming THIS game *HELP*

Whenever I play this game without stream, I dont have any problems with, game runs at 180 fps+
But when I turn on stream with settings in files, my fps drops to 140avr and I get micro stuttering that are only visible by the eyes, stream goes smooth though
(For me there is not difference between 140 and 180 fps by far, so I can not believe that it matters)

My spec:
asus 3060 ti (msi afterburner: CORE LOCK: +150/ MEMORY LOCK: +1000)
amd ryzern 7 3800x 4.4mhz
16gb ram 3800mhz
ssd 1tb
ASUS ROG Strix B550 motherboard

my monitor is 2k 240HZ but I play with downscale resolution 1680x1050

My guess is that nvidia's gsync function is most likely main problem, as there is some pressure on the graphics card cuz of stream, and because of this my graphics card and monitor cannot sync? And does low latency mode affects on this? If it is, how do I solve this?

Has anyone encountered a similar problem?

  • I can confirm that GSYNC has nothing to do with it. I'm having the same issue that you're describing without GSYNC (Expect no frame drops), and it even happens off stream as well. I have a feeling that something within Windows is not harmonizing very well with Apex Legends. Even though it didn't work for me, you could try this out:

    - Run OBS as admin

    - Run steam/Origin as admin

    - Run Apex as admin.

    - All of the above simultaneously.

    Hope it helps.
