Cross-progression
I searched up some videos on how to enable cross progression I was told to link my accounts because my steam had all my progress and cosmetics and they said that once I link the account with the highest level and items will be the one to load for both platforms but now I don’t have anything on steam nor Xbox

Sorry to hear your progress seems to have been lost. Usually when this happens, it's due to unlinking a platform or linking one to a different EA account. To be clear, Cross Progression is already active for all EA accounts. There is no need to enable it separately.
Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress and it will appear to have reset. Progress cannot be moved between different accounts.
We are not able to make any changes to your account status or progress via the forums, but if something was linked or unlinked incorrectly it may be worth contacting support to see if the original platform(s) can be re-linked.
