Recently came back to apex legends only to get promoted to create a new account when logging into my account that I haven’t been on in just over 8 months. Tried to log into thru Xbox and my entire game data is gone. I played the game since release.. how do I by I about getting my data back that is now gone and the account I currently am using is the same email yet missing data!!

To clarify, progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress and it will appear to have reset. Progress cannot be moved between different accounts.
It looks like that's what has happened here, as the EA account you're posting with is brand new. The progress you've made from release up until this point would be on the original EA account that was used, so in this case you'd need to locate that account and re-link your platforms there instead.
We are not able to make any changes to your account status or progress via the forums, but if something was linked or unlinked incorrectly it would be worth contacting support to see if the original platforms can be re-linked to whichever EA account was used previously.
Same thing happened to me. Try EA help chat. I got real people to respond and fixed my issue, but now I'm trying to get help on a different issue and getting connected to an AI. Maybe you'll get lucky and get response from real people.
