I believe I have figured out what the issue is. At the beginning of the year someone created an EA account that does not belong to me and linked it to my personal Microsoft Xbox account. I believe these accounts were linked over the period they pushed cross progression. I recently resolved the issue and was able to recover the false account, unlink my Xbox account, and link it to my true EA account. However, I believe the damage is already done with all of my progress already being transferred to the false account. I loaded the initial false account and located all of my missing progress. Does anyone know of any way to transfer this over to my real EA account that is linked or do I just have to play on the false account if I want to keep my progress?

Hey @UncleRuckus1099, in order for someone to link an EA Account to your Xbox account, they must have access to both accounts at the same time. So I'd suggest that you update your security details in both accounts.
As the cross-progression content is stored on the EA Account, we're unable to transfer it over to a different account.
