Hey @Stalker4777,
Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for your coins to show up on your account, but just to be sure; you bought them via the EA app, correct? Have you tried launching the game via the app as well, or do you usually play through Steam? - @EA_QueenBee hey bro,i do not link my ea account with my steam account ,i charged my apex account by my ea account,about 12h ago i charged this 11500coin ,but i do not received it, and then i charged 500coins,but i got 500coins immediately,i want to creat a case in EA help ,but i can not creat any case.i can order the information of my account ,do u need it?So u can help me to deal with this thing.

Unfortunately we can't help with missing content here on the forums, but it can take up to 24 hours to arrive. I'd recommend waiting those 24 hours first, and afterwards I can help you reach out to our live support team. If you can explain the problem you're having reaching out to them I can try to help now, but the first thing they'll say is to wait until the 24 hours have passed.

Hmm, that's strange. Are you getting any errors at all when you start a case?
You could try clearing your browser's cache in case there's files in there that are causing issues with our help site. Just note that doing that means that you'll have to sign in everywhere again, which can be a hassle. - @EA_QueenBee emmm,but i have try chrome and edge ,both of them can not success creat a case

- @EA_QueenBee error is i can not get any case back, after i finished the information it will only "Your case has been submitted, our advisor will contact you soon!" but no one connect with me
emmm, i just check my apex account , i still not receive my coins ,it has been 24h already ,could u help me?

Alright, if you still haven't received your coins, then something has gone wrong. I'll share the link to our live support again, but this time, maybe it's an idea to try to reach out via a chat instead of an email? There are plenty of options for reaching out via a chat; try selecting "Check order status" as your issue. Let me know if that helps.
