Missing Dinomite Skin

I have made multiple posts and attempts to get this issue fixed since it has first appeared, none of which have been fruitful. On November 2nd I purchased the Dinomite skin for Wattson, almost a week later on the 6th according to clips and recordings, the skin disappeared from my inventory, every attempt to fix this issue has come up empty.
