Missing rewards for the previous season

according to the latest season that dropped I was supposed to be given last season's rewards but the game didn't give them, I have talked to your agents, they said that it was a community issue but a day after EA sent me an email they mentioned that I chitted in the last season so they removed my progress, but the point is, I have played the whole season without any static team so the game always matched me with random players It was such a rough time for me to keep grinding so I could get accomplished the Apex predator rank If you have monitored any chitting errors that were not me who might be used chitting stuff, perhaps it was those random people used chitting stuff, I swear I didn't even touch any bugs in the game much less chitting. otherwise, I will not be playing any of your god damn games.

    I guess they mean quitting on pc or console.

    There was a way to abuse the system.
    I remember this was the reason for removing ranked rewards.

    Also, i think the system back then granted loss forgiveness for every crash/disconnect. There is a possibility if they saw too many loss forgiveness then you got demoted.

    I'm not sure but i remember a player who crashed a lot and said that he lost ranked rewards.

    They changed it now loss forgiveness is limited or one every 24 hours.

    You can also lose forgiveness for the entire season.

    I never used the Exploit and all throw the season I got disconnected from apex so I think that’s why they think I cheated but I just disconnected from their servers a lot so it may look like my WiFi is bad but this doesn’t happen on other games so I fill cheated out of.
