Mistakenly Banned for Unrecognized Login

Hello EA, My account was banned for no reason, I want to ask help to fellow support to address this issue. I didn't do anything that violates tha rules in game.

    If you believe an action was applied to your account incorrectly, please appeal that with our Terms of Service team using these steps.

    We are unable to review or change any bans or suspensions on the forums, but our ToS team will reach back out to you via email once they've completed their investigation. Thanks!

    Hello EA_Mako, I sent many cases for this issue and nothing happens. I want to recover my account and dispute the active ban for no reason.

    Hello EA_Mako, I sent many cases for this issue and nothing happens. I want my account back please help. I didn't do anything wrong or anything that can violate the rules in game. How can I dispute my active ban?
