Moving mouse causes bad stuttering in game

Since few days ago, I have started to suffer from stuttering in game (already in the main menu) when moving the mouse.

I have already tried the following ways to fix the issue (with no success):
- Repairing the game files via EA-app
- Re-installing the game
- Setting process priority to normal
- Clearing EA app cache
- Re-installing VC runtime packages
- Re-installing graphics drivers for NVIDIA geforce (I have GF 1070)
- Setting mouse acceleration off (from Windows/Logitech Gaming Software/In game)
- Setting mouse polling rate from 500hz to 125hz

Any ideas how to fix the issue?

    @ShazgucCi 

    Try disabling the overlay from the EA App.

    I've heard some users report that this resolved it.

    Overlays in general can already cause some instability, hopefully this helps.

    Well I'll be damned, completely solved the issue by turning off EA App overlay. Thank you very much!
