I understand the advisor directed you to the forums, however I'm afraid we cannot make any changes to your account here - including restoring any Apex Coins lost during an account compromise. Sorry for the misunderstanding with that suggestion.
We have a bit more information about this situation in our Apex Coins article here, however the only situation where your Apex Coins will go into the negative is when you receive a refund or issue a chargeback for the payment method originally used to purchase those Apex Coins.
If this took place while someone else had control of your account, that's likely why you're seeing the negative balance now. If you'd like your account recovery looked into further, you would need to reach back out to support to have them review this again.
