My account is messed up

I recently recovered my apex account from a hacked email and associated the account with a new email I created. I was extremely happy to be able to play apex legends on my OG account again. Or that was until I figured out I can not play for longer than 5 mins ( that’s the actual time) before getting disconnected with the codes (code:net. Code:over. Code:cloud) it is completely unplayable and it happens no matter what I’m doing, playing a match, browsing the store or just being idle. Please help someone. 

I have tried it on my Xbox and ps5 both have the same problem. 
I have unlinked my Xbox account and my pc account to try and fix it to no avail
