Is your CPU or GPU overclocked? If so, can you try reverting it back to the base clock speed to test and see if that makes a difference?

@EA_Kent I did test it on base clock, the fps drops are still there.
Its the refresh late to fps locking command man. It was working super good before it got discontinued.
Now the fps whenever it goes down by 1 or 2 frames the stutters on my screen is super visible and annoying to play with.

Is your refresh rate set to 60 FPS? Enabling vsync in-game doesn't make any difference?

Nothing helpful with vsync. The fps is still dropping.

Got same problem,tried reinstalling origin,game,disabled all background apps,still instead of 200-239 i got 80,100fps,all was fine few weeks ago...

I am curious what might happen if you reverted back to an older NVIDIA driver. If possible, can you try rolling back to the previous driver to test and see if that makes any difference?
