My paid coin is only half recovered. It's been 20 days

I paid in cash on April 3rd and purchased 23000 coins.


Purchased an in-game common weapon item with coins.


My purchase was rolled back on April 4th because the game server exploded. (Payment, all items)


On April 7, 11,500 coins came in.


When I inquired, I heard that 23000 coins came into my account normally.


I'm currently unable to purchase an in-game public weapon item due to the unrecovered 11500 coins.

I have consulted several times, but I have not received a satisfactory answer.


The counselor wrote here and asked me to get an answer.

I have all the proof of purchase, and I can authenticate my account.

I hope the management will find out and restore it quickly.

    The counselor tells me to go this way and tell you, and if you say no, where should I go? Do I have to consult again?

    I don't know what to do. I've had six consultations. Why should I suffer this damage for 3 weeks!

    You're the first company that takes this long to recover $100 in cash, not even game money.
