OldManNaruto You would want to contact EA Support [here], and let them know that you need help with updating your login information.
Since you cannot sign into your EA Account, you would want to click on "continue as a guest" once the page loads:
Afterwards, you would then fill in the boxes and click on "submit", (be sure to put in "update EA Account" as the issue type and write down what you are needing help with updating):
So I tried going through all these steps and it tells me I need to wait 240 minutes to talk to an customer support agent. Not sure but shouldn't there be a quicker way to get help with this issue?
OldManNaruto It sounds like they have a few other cases to get through, (so you can either wait it out or try contacting them again later).
