needing help with apex and ea

ive tried to get my account back due to it being hacked (it was linked to a email i've never seen before) and im not trying to lose years worth of progress on my account on apex ive tried and gon through the whole process with ea's help center and havent been able to get in touch with anyone so i was wondering if theres any type of way if i can find help here
