Never received Content I paid for. APEX LEGENDS

So, I'm having an issue and its been ongoing for over a week now. So, I bought AC and never received them. I went to the EA help website and followed all the instructions and I finally came to making a case. After like two to three days or so, I got a email saying it was resolved but it wasn't cause I still never received my AC so I reflected that onto the survey and made another case and here I am, 4 days later, making another case cause I receive minimal communication, I feel as if I'm forgotten. All I want is to chat with an actual person about the issue that can help me. I've followed every step in providing the necessary screenshots and I don't know if I'm doing anything wrong cause again, little to no communication. I'm trying to work my way up some sort of chain cause I honesty don't know if EA help is going to get me anywhere.

    Sorry to hear those email cases haven't helped get this cleared up for you.

    I would suggest using one of our live support options rather than emails as those are typically a bit faster to have situations like this addressed.

    When creating a new case, try using the options for Apex Legends  | [Platform] | Orders  | Order not received as that should give you the option for a chat or callback, depending on your location and the current time.

    Alternatively you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead if either of those are options for you. Please be sure to have these screenshots available and they should be able to assist from that point, thanks!
