New Update Code:Net

Ever since the new update I have been unable to play the game after previously having no issues whatsoever. I have not updated anything driver related or anything like that since the game update. The load in animation works fine, I connect to nearest server that has a ping ~50ms, and then once I am in the lobby and click esc to check ping it's at 1000ms and I get booted and code:net. 

I have done everything I can think of including resetting network stack, resetting router, changing DNS to cloudflare, clearing apex cache, checking integrity of game files, and nothing has worked. I then unchcked IP6v and that seemed to actually help in terms of loading into the lobby, shader loaded, let me load into the game but then it boots me out, I reconnect and then eventually I get code:wheel for timing out before I can establish connection with the servers.

The other thing that worked is when I connected to my phones hotspot, it seemed to work completely fine but obviously I can't play the game on my hotspot. The other PC in my house has no problems and is running the new update just fine. Same network, on the same band, etc.
