No gpu usage

My game started too act weird after the newest update i have like 2fps in the menu and it's always starting with 1280x720 res. There is no option to add "run with graphic processor" in Nvidia Control Panel also there is no option "select the preferred graphics processor for this program"  Also if you look at the task manager you can see that Apex isn't using a GPU at all

    think you posted this before.. if you are running on a laptop there might be no way of disabling igpu.. if by chance you are on a desktop a bios should have an option to disable intel hd and also an option to set the default gpu
