Not gaining battle pass xp

I have had the same problem. With 2 different accounts on the same console both of which I have purchased the battle pass subscription. I am using an xbox one. It seems to have started around the same time the flyers were added to the game. 

This is a huge bummer because I paid money to get this option to achieve the rewards it offers. Any help on this matter would be great.
