Not gaining ranked points since rumble

Since playing rumble and now playing ranked in this new season I've noticed for some games I am not getting any ranked points even though I should. In fact, in those occasional games, Apex clearly still thinks I am playing rumble ie the rumble explanation message while dropping, the lack of points tally near my rank level etc etc.

Hopefully this gets sorted out asap as currently makes it pointless playing ranked.

    I'm having the same problem,ove won 4 games in ranked early and lost over a 1000 RP when trying to reach pred due to it not allowing us point and saying that we're in rumble. What is being done to fix this problem?

    I just missed 3 wins worth of points not realizing the game thought I was in rumble…

    @Polipore I was receiving points earlier today. I don’t think Im shadow banned cause I’ve never spoken in a lobby/haven't played in 6 months.

    WHAT THE HELL IS BEING DONE TO FIX THIS EA? IT'S A BRAND NEW RANKED SEASON AND OUR RANKS ARE FROZEN.
