Did you get any resolution from Twitch?  I'm in the same boat.  I've unlinked and linked everything back up hoping for a "refresh" but nothing has worked.

Maybe if you didn't abandon your teammates by dropping off the map like a spoiler rotten brat you'd get your rewards.  Grow up!
