Not getting mirage rewards from algs

I linked my twitch account to the right one and watched four hours but got no rewards

For any missing rewards from ALGs you need to reach out to Twitch support. @fpervil We don't do the support the twitch drops from ALGS.

  They said you were responsible for the items. I have the conversation but the file is "too big"

Did you get any resolution from Twitch? I'm in the same boat. I've unlinked and linked everything back up hoping for a "refresh" but nothing has worked.
