Nvidia 1080 Geforce

Why does apex uses over 90% (more like 98% and up) of my GPU when Running? At times it gets to 100% and the game crashes. This has started happening in the past few days, and it has increased in frequency from once a day to multiple times a day.

I reached out to NVIDIA, and made sure that the card was correctly installed and that the drivers, and the settings were appropriate. Everything checks out on my side.

So I am asking to you who have more technical knowledge, why so high usage of GPU resources, and how can i fix --if possible-- the issue of repeated crashes?

    You could try turning all graphics setting to medium and lock the frame rate to 60 or 100 fps. The 1080 should handle that and switch to 1080 by 1920 if your currently 4 k.

    I run a 1080ti but play it on 1080 x1920 not 4k it works good high fps

    @xcr762same monitor, 1920x1080 240hz.Before it was occasional, now it iis more frequent as in multiple times a day

    Don't play first person shooters in 4k play them at 1080p for performance.
